Regional Sales and Growth Strategist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Lotus Interworks.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets in North America.
You will work closely with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in business development strategies and execution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing business development plans to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance market presence
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships in the North American market
- Analyzing business performance metrics and market trends specific to North America
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Participating in sales calls and presentations to secure new business
- Collaborating with the product team to ensure alignment between business development strategies and product offerings
- Developing and delivering training programs to improve sales skills and knowledge
