Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Codem Inc. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, source leads, cultivate client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and tailored software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing, Lead Generation, and Prospecting:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, including the US, Europe, and the Middle East.
    • Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate leads, leveraging CRM tools and platforms to track prospects and sales activities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and proposing customized software solutions that align with their business goals.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client discussions and negotiations, ensuring smooth handoff to delivery teams for execution.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Create and adjust our overall lead generation process, incorporating AI tools to optimize scalability.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets, presenting and demonstrating software services, including custom development, integrations, and consulting services.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential markets, and competitive landscape, monitoring competitor activities to refine value propositions and strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must have experience in outbound business development for software services in the US market.
  • Must have worked in teams doing outbound selling, possessing thorough knowledge of the entire outbound marketing process.
  • Experience: 6-10 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the eCommerce software services or IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of software services, such as custom development, SaaS, integrations, cloud services, eCommerce, and consulting.
  • Good exposure to B2B software services selling, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and close B2B sales deals, proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
