We are a fast-growing startup looking for a talented Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through B2B email marketing.

Job Description

As a Growth Marketing Strategist, your primary objective will be to create and implement multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our product and sales teams to refine messaging and user experience, and leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize the customer journey.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing end-to-end growth marketing strategies for acquiring and converting B2B leads in the recruitment industry
  • Running multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Optimizing the customer journey to improve conversion rates at each stage of the client acquisition funnel
  • Implementing automation and personalization in outreach campaigns
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or recruitment industry)
  • Hands-on expertise in B2B email marketing and funnel optimization
  • A strong understanding of analytics, A/B testing, and marketing automation
  • A passion for data-driven decision-making and experimentation

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startups
  • Experience in recruitment tech, staffing, or HR SaaS
  • SEO knowledge
