We are looking for a

Growth Marketing Manager

with a heavy emphasis on

B2B Email Marketing

to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven strategies. You'll be responsible for executing

multi-channel campaigns

, optimizing the marketing funnel, and scaling revenue growth.

Responsibilities

:
Develop & Execute Growth Strategies
Own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy for acquiring and converting B2B leads in the recruitment industry.
Run multi-channel marketing campaigns (Email, Linkedin, etc.).

Optimize the Customer Journey
Improve conversion rates at each stage of the

client acquisition funnel

.
Implement

automation & personalization

in outreach campaigns.
Work with

product & sales teams

to refine messaging and user experience.

Data-Driven Growth & Experimentation
Use

analytics tools (Instantly, HubSpot, etc.)

to track campaign performance
Test and scale

growth experiments

for demand generation.
Identify high-impact growth opportunities through A/B testing and analytics.

Must-Have Skills

:
3-6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or recruitment industry).
Hands-on expertise in B2B email marketing, and funnel optimization

Strong understanding of

analytics, A/B testing, and marketing automation

(HubSpot, Instantly, Clay etc.).
A passion for

data-driven decision-making & experimentation

.

Nice to Have Skills
