As a Strategic Growth Manager at Emeritus, you will be responsible for driving corporate development and strategic growth initiatives. This includes conducting market landscaping exercises to identify M&A or acqui-hiring opportunities, assessing M&A and inorganic opportunities, and supporting senior management in negotiations and interactions with targets.
You will also program manage transactions and drive integration of acquired teams/targets. Additionally, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business, economics)
* MBA or master's degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or a related field
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive insightful analysis
* Excellent financial modeling and interviewing skills
* Proven stakeholder management skills with ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and middle management
* Self-starter and independent working skills required
