To support our global expansion, we are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager based in India to drive growth in Tier 1 markets.

This high-impact, full-cycle sales role involves building your own pipeline, closing deals, and contributing to Loadmill's growth journey. As a key member of our team, you will report directly to our VP of Sales.

As a Strategic Growth Manager at Loadmill, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in Tier 1 markets
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop business cases
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform decision-making and optimize performance
