Role Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Business Growth Specialist to join our growing team at JOAN Digital.

This role will be a blend of research, strategy, and sales support, with a focus on generating new business opportunities and driving growth in our digital marketing services.

You will collaborate with the Business Development Manager (BDM) and the wider sales team to create impactful proposals, deliver digital marketing insights, and ensure a seamless process for bringing in new clients.

In your first year, you will support the senior business development team while gaining hands-on experience and learning through mentoring.

Over time, you will evolve into a key sales contributor with the potential for a progressive compensation structure and bonus incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Prospecting: Research and identify new digital marketing prospects, understanding their business challenges, industry, and decision-makers.
  • Sales & Proposal Support: Assist the BDM in preparing and presenting high-quality digital marketing proposals, audits, and strategic plans to prospective clients.
  • Campaign Project Management: Help manage the execution of sales campaigns, tracking activity, driving deadlines, and ensuring smooth workflow across teams.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a prospect list, fostering ongoing relationships and ensuring an efficient sales pipeline.
  • Data & Insights: Use data analysis to understand trends, client performance, and market opportunities, informing sales strategies and proposals.
  • Learning & Development: Work alongside senior colleagues and mentors to develop your skills in sales, digital marketing, and business development.
