Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Global University Onboarding Manager located in Delhi. The Global University Onboarding Manager will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new university partners, facilitating collaborations, overseeing partner relations, and ensuring smooth integration of academic programs. Daily tasks include coordinating with universities, developing onboarding strategies, managing timelines, and working closely with the counseling team to provide support. The role also involves performance management and employee relations within the onboarding team.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve acquisition targets and expand our footprint in the university market.
- University Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new university partners, presenting our product offerings and demonstrating their value.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at universities, including administrators and decisionmakers.
- Customized Solutions: Work closely with universities to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions that address their challenges and goals aligned with our product offerings.
- Negotiation: Lead MOU negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
