Customer Success Leader: Drive Growth and Engagement

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Leader to join our team at Netcore Cloud. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth and engagement for our customers.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in client-facing/account management roles, with a business savvy approach and consultative, problem-solving skills.
You will be responsible for owning organic growth and inorganic growth of strategic accounts, new accounts balancing well on time/effort/results needed to ensure customer success.
You will drive client retention, customer satisfaction, upselling, and cross-selling, understand technical roadblocks, and make recommendations on solution implementation and core integrations to clients using Netcore to overcome them.
As a true partner and concierge for our clients, you will go out of your way to meet their KPIs and build strong relationships internally and externally with ease and manage expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive client retention and customer satisfaction
- Upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Understand technical roadblocks and provide solutions
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 15-20 years of experience in client-facing/account management roles
- Business savvy approach with consultative, problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of marketing automation space
- Self-motivated, self-starter, and strategic mindset
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
