About the Role
As a Customer Success Team Lead at YourTribe, you will play a crucial part in crafting and executing customer success strategies that drive growth and satisfaction. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for your customers post-sales.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Work closely with sales teams to assist in winning business and ensuring client success.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess progress and identify opportunities.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate user and account health scores.
Requirements
- At least 1-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or software product company.
- Strong analytical skills, active listening, and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Result-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Flexibility to work in the US time zone if required.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
