We're looking for an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our team in Bangalore. Your primary focus will be on ensuring our customers receive an unparalleled experience, from onboarding to long-term adoption and expansion revenue.
We've got a proven track record of delivering results, with 200+ 5-star reviews and a net negative churn that's setting the industry ablaze. But we know there's still room for improvement, and that's where you come in.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Owning customer relationships and making them successful fans of BiteSpeed
- Providing a delightful onboarding experience and helping customers get setup for success
- Tracking product adoption and ensuring customers get maximum value leading to upsells and expansion revenue
- Becoming a trusted product advisor for our customers, helping them navigate the intricacies of our platform
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B customer onboarding, managing customer success & support at a SaaS startup
- A genuine interest in conversations with people from diverse backgrounds
- An ability to genuinely like helping people and making them successful
- A strong service mindset, with a desire to deliver experiences that rival Michelin-starred restaurants
