Job Description

At DigitalTek Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to oversee our customer support team and ensure exceptional service delivery.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance service quality and consistency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on customer service metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues, improve service delivery, and drive business growth.
  • Foster a positive, customer-centric culture within the team and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the team remains competitive.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple priorities.
