We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expansion in our event management industry in Pune.
- Create and execute strategies for revenue growth and expansion
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
- Negotiate with stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
The ideal candidate will have:
- In-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify and map business strengths and customer needs
