Job Title: Head of Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our end-to-end talent acquisition process. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building strong employer branding, attracting top talent across technology, product, operations, and business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to ensure high performance.
  • Workforce Planning: Develop and implement workforce planning to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.
  • Employer Branding: Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent in fintech and technology.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience across all hiring stages.
  • Recruitment Partnerships: Partner with marketing and leadership to run recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
  • Talent Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on talent trends and best practices.
  • External Partnerships: Drive strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Establish recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Hiring Technology: Implement advanced ATS systems and technology to streamline hiring.
  • Talent Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, talent intelligence, and fintech hiring challenges.
  • Niche Talent: Develop strategies to attract niche talent in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, and digital banking.
Role Requirements:
  • Degree: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Scaling Experience: Proven experience in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.
  • HR Systems: Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Talent Pipeline: Ability to drive employer branding and build strong talent pipelines for niche roles.
