Job Description

We seek a seasoned commercial banking expert with extensive experience in the field.

This individual will serve as an advisor and solutions expert to internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic insights and domain expertise across commercial banking operations.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience in commercial banking with exposure to corporate lending, trade finance, cash & payments, risk & compliance, and client onboarding from an operational standpoint.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a domain consultant and advisor in commercial banking engagements across client implementations, solution design, and process improvements.
  • Translating complex banking processes into actionable business requirements for BPS functions.
  • Leading RFP/RFI responses, solution creation, and go-to-market strategies for commercial banking offerings.
  • Driving digital transformation initiatives (e.g., process reengineering, automation, Gen AI, workflow orchestration) in client banking operations.
  • Collaborating with delivery and technology teams to ensure banking domain alignment in solution implementation and ongoing service delivery.

The required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and regulatory environments.
  • Good knowledge of digital banking trends, banking platforms, automation, analytics, and FinTech collaboration models.
  • Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations, capability decks, and process views.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

LSS trained or certified is preferred.
