Investment Banking Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Investment Banking professional to fill a key role within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in trade settlements, cash settlements, commodity settlements, loan syndication, billing and brokerage, trade reporting, regulatory reporting, reference data, corporate actions, and security lending operations.

The successful candidate will possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology.

  • Independently handle client relationships and escalate issues to internal managers as needed.
  • Build domain expertise and lead from the front in driving business growth.
  • Contribute to knowledge management efforts by sharing process knowledge and best practices within the teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients to improve processes and controls that build capacity and scale.
  • Monitoring and capturing overall data and its status from various global functional teams across clients.

Key qualifications include:

  • Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM).
  • 6-10 years of experience in handling a team with good experience and knowledge of Investment Banking Operations.
  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope.
  • Knowledge of/prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to network and earn confidence of diverse Client personnel plus interaction with and management of eClerx India-based operations team.

  • Ability to manage and complete specific tasks with minimal direction.
  • Ability to act fast and decisively when dealing with critical situations – ability to read situations and act in minutes.
  • Willingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills, and stay relevant to business demands.
