Job Overview

As a skilled Financial Modeling Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through expert financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop dynamic financial models to inform investment decisions.
  • Conduct thorough underwriting of new deals across various commercial real estate assets, ensuring robust financial validation.
  • Analyze key performance indicators, such as P&L statements, REVPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates, to derive actionable insights.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, compile detailed reports, and drive asset management strategies across various property types.
  • Prepare comprehensive investment memoranda, investor updates, and performance dashboards using clear and concise written communication.
  • Support acquisition, development, and asset management initiatives, contributing to the company's long-term growth strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting/investment analysis, preferably within the hospitality sector, backed by a strong foundation in accounting and finance.

Requirements:
  • Experience in commercial real estate underwriting/investment analysis (preferably in the hospitality sector).
  • Proficiency in analyzing key metrics, including P&L statements, REVPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates.
  • Asset management skills with the ability to monitor performance and compile reports.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for crafting nuanced, investor-focused updates and communications.
  • Ability to adapt strategies for evolving market conditions.

Bonus: Familiarity with ARGUS, REFM is an advantage.
