Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Expert to manage financial planning, reporting, and analysis at both project and group levels. This role requires a strong foundation in financial modeling, budgeting, and compliance, along with the ability to prepare and present information clearly to management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project-wise financial reports covering sales, costs, and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain company-wise and group-level financial reports for consolidated analysis.
  • Budgeting, variance analysis, and continuous monitoring of revenue and expenses.
  • Support management with cash flow forecasts and scenario analysis.

Fundraising & Investor Relations:

  • Assist in preparing fundraising documentation including financial models, pitch decks, and information memorandums.
  • Support due diligence processes by coordinating with bankers, investors, and legal advisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, financial modeling).
  • Experience in preparing financial reports, budgets, and variance analysis.
  • Knowledge of fundraising processes, term sheets, and investor communications.
  • Ability to interpret and work with legal and financial documents.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • MBA (Finance)/ CA Inter.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in real estate, investment banking, or corporate finance roles.
