Job Title: Project Finance Specialist

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Finance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing financial analysis, building and maintaining financial models, conducting budgeting activities, and providing analytical support to project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing comprehensive financial reports and monitoring project costs
  • Providing expert insights to support informed financial decision-making
  • Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting
  • Sourcing and securing funding from international lenders, high net worth individuals, and family offices for eligible projects and operating businesses
  • Originating new opportunities; structuring proposals/term sheets; coordinating due diligence; managing lender/investor communications; negotiating closing documentation; ensuring post-closing covenants and reporting

Requirements:

  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Expertise in finance, financial modeling, and financial analysis
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are an advantage
