Job Title: Financial Expert

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced financial professional to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about accounting, compliance, and financial management.

You will be responsible for handling daily financial tasks, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting management with accurate financial reporting.

  • Handle daily financial tasks like accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and ledger entries
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and management information systems (MIS) reports
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with goods and services tax (GST), taxes deducted at source (TDS), income tax return (ITR), and other statutory requirements
  • Manage inventory accounting and cost analysis
  • Support audits with proper documentation
  • Generate reports as needed by management
  • Process entries like contra, journal, receipt, and payment
  • Work with teams to optimize costs and improve processes
  • Follow accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • 2–3 years of accounting experience, must have worked under a certified accountant (CA) or in a CA firm
  • Proficient in tally (knowledge of zoho or other enterprise resource planning tools is a plus)
  • Good understanding of AP/AR, GST, MIS reporting, and compliances
  • Experience with inventory accounting is preferred (food and beverages domain is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting tools
