Job Title: Financial Operations Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Expert to lead our transactional areas and ensure compliance with global procedures.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, including knowledge of SAP finance modules and experience with vendor management systems.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Compliance Management: Ensuring adherence to Global Procedures and Operating Methodologies in transactional areas.
  • Procurement and Vendor Management: Proficiency in Procure to Pay (P2P) processes with hands-on experience in SAP at the transactional level, as well as understanding of Vendor Management Systems.
  • Process Improvement: Reviewing and revising Global Standard Operating Procedures to align with improved processes and practices.
  • Risk and Control Matrix: Defining and updating Risk and Control Matrix (RACM), reviewing and resolving RACM audit findings.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and ability to operate effectively with senior finance teams.
  • Communication Skills: Non-positional influencing skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Hands-on accounting principles and procedures knowledge, as well as internal accounting standards knowledge.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP finance modules and advanced MS Excel.
