Senior Real Estate Financial Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Property Accountant to join our team in Ahmedabad.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of accounting experience specifically within the real estate industry.
Proficiency with US/UK accounting software is essential for this role.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 5+ years of accounting experience in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency with US/UK accounting software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, including timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights to support financial planning.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards specific to the real estate industry.
- Property Management Support: Collaborate with property management teams to provide financial insights and support for property operations.
- Software Utilization: Effectively use US/UK accounting software to manage financial data and generate reports.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience in the real estate industry.
- Software Skills: Proficiency with US/UK accounting software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate meaningful reports.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of accounting work.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
