Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Manage reception area, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.

The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks including:

  • Handling courier, mail, and document coordination.
  • Scheduling and managing meeting rooms, appointments, and visitor logs.
  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Providing administrative support to management when required.
  • Handling inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Diverting sales leads to relevant stakeholders and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Assisting in sending brochures to potential clients.
  • Preparing and following up on sales quotations, proposals, and agreements.
  • Maintaining and updating CRM/database with accurate client and sales information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from any recognized university.
  • 3-5 years of work experience.
  • Presentable, excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
