Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive customer service professional to handle customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media in a timely and efficient manner
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
