A Customer Service Representative educates potential customers about a particular business, handling questions, comments, and complaints to enhance relationships between them. The ultimate goal is to provide positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact US Customers to explain about our program services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they understand the classes offered.
- Get trained and take trial classes to stay updated.
- Manage client relationships, take feedback, and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Establish and expand relationships with Clients based in the US and UK.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles.
- Pleasant personality to engage in meaningful conversations.
- Good communication skills and a good listener.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of US localization is desirable.
- Understanding of US Accent is a plus.
