Job Description:
- Nurture warm leads by building rapport, providing guidance, and helping customers make informed decisions.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes, chase technicians for information, and ensure timely communication.
- Manage follow-ups systematically to prevent customer waiting.
- Chase missing information and keep deals moving forward.
- Build rapport quickly, handle objections empathetically, and maintain a professional tone.
- Ensure process consistency across calls, notes, and follow-ups.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years in customer service, inside sales, or lead conversion roles (preferably high-call-volume environments).
- Excellent spoken English, clear phone manner, and engaging personality.
- Sales mindset: Comfortable guiding customers without hard-selling.
- Highly process-driven with multiple follow-up management skills.
- Proactive in chasing missing information and keeping deals moving.
- Resilient making repeated calls and handling objections.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 13:30pm - 22:30 IST (08:00am - 17:00 UK time).
