We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Human Resources function, driving innovation and strategic initiatives across multiple HR domains.

  • Onboarding & Employee Experience:
    • Develop and implement an optimized onboarding process ensuring seamless integration of new joiners.
    • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Oversee asset allocation and management for new employees.
    • Provide employee support by addressing queries, resolving issues, and enhancing overall employee experience.
  • Policies & Processes:
    • Design, develop, and implement HR policies aligned with company culture and compliance requirements.
    • Establish standardized HR processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
    • Develop and maintain organizational hierarchy structures ensuring clarity in reporting lines and role responsibilities.
  • HR Systems & Reporting:
    • Drive the adoption and utilization of Keka HRMS to its full potential across payroll, leave, performance, and reporting modules.
    • Prepare and present HR reports for senior management, covering workforce data, attrition, and engagement.
    • Analyze report data, identify gaps, and implement improvements for data-driven HR decision-making.
  • Payroll & Compliance:
    • Oversee end-to-end payroll management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Ensure statutory compliance with TDS, PF, ESIC, and other labor laws.
    • Monitor adherence to compliance frameworks and regulatory updates.
    • Maintain a fair and ethical workplace environment adhering to the Code of Conduct (COC).
  • Performance & Employee Relations:
    • Support and participate in increment meetings, providing inputs based on performance, market trends, and organizational policies.
    • Implement HR Connect initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, culture, and communication.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and employees on HR-related matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • a+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS (preferably Keka).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Ability to lead policy/process building initiatives and foster innovation in HR practices.
