
Strategic People Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Strategic People Manager to lead our Human Resources function.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive strategic people practices, align them with business goals, and foster a positive work environment.
- Lead all plant-level HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a productive workplace culture.
- Manage industrial relations (IR) and maintain strong union/worker relationships while ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Oversee time office, payroll, attendance, and shift management systems.
- Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and career development frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare regulations in line with factory and distillery operations.
- Act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, supporting productivity and workforce efficiency.
- Manage disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution with fairness and transparency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong educational background.
- At least 15 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, IR, and statutory compliance.
This role requires a collaborative leader who can develop talent, drive results through effective HR strategies, and contribute to the success of our organization.
