Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance value creation.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to define and foster an organizational design and culture that supports business expansion and employee satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business-specific data to identify trends and recommend solutions aimed at improving performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Evaluate talent readiness to meet evolving business demands through targeted talent development initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships with leaders to design and execute change management initiatives effectively.
  • Implement targeted initiatives to enhance employee retention and engagement.
  • Oversee the entire performance management lifecycle to cultivate a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure new employees receive a comprehensive onboarding and induction experience.
  • Review and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions for enhanced performance and engagement.
  • Establish forums and mechanisms to continually enhance the employee experience.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly to maintain a fair and transparent work environment.
