HR Director

This role requires an experienced HR professional to oversee the company's human resources strategy and operations.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead the execution of key HR initiatives, including recruitment, employee relations, workforce administration, engagement, payroll, reward and recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the application of employment law, HR policy, best practice and workforce development.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold professional standards in all HR activities.

Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent in HR Management.
  • 10+ years of experience in senior HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR practices, systems and budgets.
  • Vast working knowledge of all HR departmental areas.
