Job Overview

The role of Senior HR Manager is ideal for an accomplished HR professional with proven expertise in managing comprehensive HR operations within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of HR operations, including administration, payroll, compliance, audits, and process optimization.
  • Direct end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions, delivering efficient talent acquisition in a high-volume environment.
  • Champion HR processes and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, drive process automation, and maintain best-in-class standards.
  • Ensure full adherence to compliance requirements, monitor labor law updates, and maintain statutory records.
  • Oversee employee relations, resolve grievances, and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate and high engagement across levels.
  • Guide the management and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment to business objectives and statutory mandates.
  • Partner with leadership to address people challenges, succession planning, and workforce readiness.
  • Drive continuous learning and development, digital transformation, and foster a future-ready workforce.

Required Qualifications and Skills

· Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields.

· Minimum of 10 years' experience managing HR operations in a fast-paced setup.

· Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, audits, and HR processes.

· Extensive experience in fast-paced recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy deployment.

· Proven proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
