Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the strategic initiatives of our organization. As Director of Strategic Initiatives, you will be responsible for prioritizing, planning, and implementing our flagship initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies, as well as exceptional project management skills and experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Prioritize initiatives based on impact, ROI, and strategic value.
  • Build and Maintain Roadmap: Develop and maintain a 36-month phased roadmap (0–12m, 12–24m, 24–36m).
  • Execution & Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives, develop and manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global policymakers, enterprise executives, event organizers, and sponsors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
