Job Title: Strategic Finance Director
OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Strategic Finance Director to lead our plant's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large plant finance & accounting teams and a proven track record of driving strategic decisions through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead initiatives to optimize financial operations, enhance cost efficiency, and provide financial analysis for plant costs and variances.
- Manage and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and the financial planning process to drive strategic decisions.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and preparation of timely and insightful financial reports.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and corporate policies.
- Chartered Accountant and very proficient in SAP/HANA 4.0 or above with a minimum of 18 years of experience in managing large plant finance & accounting teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing finance and accounting teams.
