Job Overview

A strategic and results-driven leader is required to oversee our financial operations, drive business performance, and ensure robust financial management.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize multi-geo strategies and foster growth.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and the board of directors.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning initiatives.
  • Lead efforts to optimize capital structure and funding strategies for long-term success.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations, including tax, audit, and legal filings.
  • Establish partnerships with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify opportunities for automation within the finance function and develop strategies for implementation.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (master's or MBA preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of strategic financial leadership, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis for diverse markets.
