We are seeking an accomplished
Finance Director
to lead financial strategy, planning, and management for our APAC operations. The role is based in Mumbai and will be responsible for
P&L ownership, financial governance, and strategic decision support
across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in
fintech, BFSI, or technology-driven financial services
, with exposure to multi-country operations.

Key Role:-

  • Full
    P&L ownership
    for APAC markets, driving profitability and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business growth and regulatory frameworks across multiple APAC geographies.
  • Oversee
    budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
    .
  • Partner with business leaders to drive revenue optimization, cost efficiency, and capital allocation.
  • Lead
    financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance
    in accordance with IFRS/IND-AS and local country regulations.

Requirements :-

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or MBA in Finance
    preferred.
  • 15+ yeas of finance leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in a
    regional finance leadership role
    .
  • Strong exposure to
    APAC financial markets and regulatory frameworks
    .
  • Experience in
    fintech, digital payments, BFSI, or technology-driven financial services
    .
  • Proven track record in
    P&L management, financial strategy, and business partnering
    .
