Job Overview

Role Summary

A seasoned financial professional is sought to lead end-to-end finance operations, ensuring precision, timeliness, and compliance in all financial processes.

The ideal candidate will oversee revenue cycle management, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements. A strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, they will drive informed decision-making through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Finance Operations Management:
    • Oversee the entire revenue cycle, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Maintain strict compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  2. Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
    • Monitor budget variances and provide timely recommendations for improvement.
  3. Financial Reporting & Closing:
    • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities efficiently.
    • Ensure timely submission of financial reports to stakeholders.
    • Prepare balance sheet schedules and reconciliations as required.
  4. Management Information Systems (MIS), Audit & Compliance:
    • Design and maintain a comprehensive MIS for informed decision-making.
    • Collaborate with auditors to ensure smooth audit closures.
    • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance requirements.
  5. Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
    • Provide critical financial insights and commercial support to leadership.
  6. Additional Responsibilities:
    • Assist with special projects and assignments as directed by senior management.
