HR and Administration Manager Role

Raj Seeds Traders is a leading agricultural company aiming to become the largest seed producer in India. As a key player in government supplies, we seek an experienced HR and Admin Manager to lead our team.

This position requires a professional with exceptional leadership skills, thorough knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and labor laws. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full recruitment cycles, employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.

The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management. Additionally, they will oversee day-to-day office operations, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Recruitment Cycle: Manage manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop HR Policies: Create and implement best practices, procedures, and guidelines for employee management.
  • Maintain Employee Records: Ensure up-to-date records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Drive Engagement: Implement training and performance management initiatives to boost employee morale and productivity.
  • Employee Relations: Handle grievances, act as a point of contact, and maintain positive employee relations.
  • Office Operations: Oversee daily activities, manage supplies, procurement, and office maintenance.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances.
  • Reporting: Prepare administrative and HR reports to support management decision-making.
