About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Human Resources team. As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies to drive business growth and success.
Manage the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in the industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and well-being.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a positive and safe work environment.
Requirements:
Strong experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition.
Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management.
Proficient in HR Policies Development, Compliance, and Labor Laws.
Knowledge of Payroll Management, Employee Benefits Administration.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is an added advantage.
