About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Human Resources team. As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies to drive business growth and success.

  • Manage the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in the industry.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and well-being.

  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and training programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a positive and safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition.

  • Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management.

  • Proficient in HR Policies Development, Compliance, and Labor Laws.

  • Knowledge of Payroll Management, Employee Benefits Administration.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is an added advantage.
