Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to drive business success.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract and hire the best talent available.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization to maintain a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and maintains pay plan and benefits programs.
  • Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programs to upskill and reskill employees.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive with a strong track record of success.
  • People-oriented and results-driven individual with demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases and ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best Practices.
