Job Title: HRC Lead Specialist

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly accomplished and experienced HRC specialist to manage and optimize our HR shared services function. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure timely delivery of HR services, and maintain a best-in-class employee experience.

  • Oversee the daily operations of the HR shared services team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR services across various regions.
  • Ensure a high level of employee satisfaction through exceptional service orientation, empathy, and operational excellence.
  • Manage high-volume HR ticket queues, adhering to Service Level Agreements.
  • Anticipate challenges, diagnose problems, develop solutions, and implement them effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with other HR teams to coordinate workflow, processes, and communication with key stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings as an operational subject matter expert impacting service delivery design, reporting, or workflows.
  • Manage and support multiple concurrent ad hoc requests with accuracy.
  • Ownership of centralized service projects from end-to-end, focusing on process automation, simplification, and scalability.
  • Provide employees with exceptional service regarding HR-related inquiries through resolution accountability.
  • Perform other HR tasks such as data entry, employment verification, reference letters, leave of absence, coordination with payroll, and maintenance of employee records.
Key Qualifications:

 

  • BA/BS degree or 5+ years of progressive HR Operations experience in a technology organization or business.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Relevant professional HR experience and good knowledge of local legal requirements related to HR processes.
  • Proven experience in supporting compensation administration processes and addressing employee-related compensation inquiries.
  • Capable of offering foundational support in employee relations matters.
  • Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and influence without authority.
  • Able to set priorities, stay focused, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions regionally and globally.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and success working with all levels in an organization.
  • Able to articulate process optimization opportunities and potential value to leadership.
  • Able to address immediate employee needs while maintaining a long-term view and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Relevant experience of HR process design with a focus on scale and global consistency.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • Able to self-direct work and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
