Lead Gen AI Transformation

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our organization's Generative AI transformation efforts, focusing on strategic advisory services, HR consulting, and change management.

This leadership role combines business development, delivery excellence, and practice growth, enabling clients to future-proof their workforce and unlock value from AI-powered transformation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive strategies for Gen AI-enabled people transformation services.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with CXO-level clients across industries and global markets.
  • Shape and convert strategic pursuits across HR transformation, change management, and digital workforce advisory.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to develop integrated solutions.
  • Serve as engagement partner for large-scale HR and people transformation programs enabled by Gen AI and automation.
  • Deliver HR operating model redesign, talent strategy, org structuring, and behavior change initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams on AI readiness, capability building, and HR tech modernization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business administration, management, HR, finance, or related field.
  • 15+ years in management consulting, with 10+ years in HR advisory, change management, or people transformation.
  • Strong track record in sales and delivery of multi-million-dollar transformation engagements.

  • Strategic advisory mindset with commercial acumen and client influence.
  • Deep understanding of HR transformation levers, Gen AI implications, and workforce change dynamics.
