The Role Overview
  • Pursue challenging opportunities with enthusiasm and apply creative problem-solving skills to drive results.
  • You will effectively communicate information to customers, empowering them with the knowledge needed on vendor operations, contract renewals, and payment processes.
Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Take ownership of complex cases and provide resolutions, ensuring each employee's query is addressed with care and attention.
  • Mentor junior colleagues, providing training and coaching to develop the next generation of HR Services professionals.
  • Collaborate with procurement to enhance tracking of HR vendor contract expirations and monitor ongoing engagements.
  • Drive governance between Vendor Operations and Procurement to achieve common goals.
  • Represent HR Vendor Operations in major RFPs, including those for RPO, benefits insurance, and other key areas.
  • Implement a Strategic Vendor Framework in partnership with HR and procurement to strengthen strategic relationships and improve outcomes and consolidation with key HR vendors.
  • Support leaders in achieving vendor consolidation goals.
  • Consult with the HR functional leader to determine opportunities to improve Kyndryl's cost-effectiveness.
