Program Coordinator Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing student batches, ensuring timely delivery of programs, and being the primary point of contact between students, mentors, and our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student batches from onboarding to successful completion.
  • Maintain schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of programs.
  • Act as the main point of contact between students, mentors, and our team.
  • Monitor student progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide support as needed.
  • Collaborate with mentors to deliver high-quality sessions and support their growth.
  • Develop and improve post-sales processes to enhance the student experience.
  • Track key metrics, including attendance, completion rates, feedback, and NPS.
  • Use data insights to identify gaps and implement improvements in program delivery.
  • Work closely with sales, content, and product teams to enhance overall program quality.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact program success.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in EdTech program management is mandatory.
  • Strong track record of solving operational challenges with structured solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with data and reporting tools to drive decision-making.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability across teams.
