  • Develop engaging learning content, deliver high-quality interventions, and evaluate their effectiveness to inform continuous improvement.
  • Support performance management and competency development initiatives to drive employee growth and organizational excellence.
  • Ensure seamless communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the learning program lifecycle.

You Will Thrive If:

  • You have 5-8 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
  • You possess a proven track record in designing and implementing effective learning programs.
  • You excel in facilitating group sessions and have strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • You understand performance management and competency frameworks and can apply them to drive meaningful change.
  • You are adept at building relationships, coaching, and consulting to achieve desired outcomes.
