Corporate Learning Manager

We are seeking a highly driven professional with strong cross-functional and business skills to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering corporate learning solutions.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven record of managing complex programs across diverse teams, while also bringing business acumen, customer insight, and executional discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead program execution across technology, content production, and third-party platform providers.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear program roadmaps and deliverables.
  • Align stakeholders on goals, timelines, and success metrics.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 6-8 years of experience in program management, ideally in corporate learning, edtech, or related industries.
  • Strong background in cross-functional program leadership across technology, content, and sales teams.
  • Proven ability to launch and grow technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of the US corporate L&D landscape.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect learning initiatives to customer and business outcomes.
