We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Corporate Sales Executive. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in expanding our corporate partnerships and driving adoption of our salary account offerings.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding medium and large enterprises, ensuring seamless account opening and serving as the primary point of contact for their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard corporates for salary account partnerships
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle, from pitching to signing agreements and employee onboarding
  • Conduct activation drives and organize on-ground engagement camps
  • Build relationships with HR/finance decision-makers
  • Act as primary relationship owner for employees
  • Cross-sell financial products such as personal loans and credit cards
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure superior customer experience

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred)
  • 1–7 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Salary Accounts, or Relationship Management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi
  • Proven ability to build CXO-level relationships
  • Ability to drive sales closures independently
  • High ownership mindset with a solution-oriented approach
