Learning and Development Program Manager Role

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of central programs. This includes governance, execution, and monitoring of program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage program delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive learner engagement through effective communication and stakeholder management.
