Lead Academic in Computer Applications

We seek a visionary academic leader to drive the success of our BCA program. As Head of Department, you will shape the department's strategy and vision, aligning it with industry trends and student needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance student learning outcomes, foster a collaborative environment, and promote program excellence.
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage resources for program development, ensuring efficient operation and motivating staff.
  • Program Representation: Represent the BCA program at events, conferences, and meetings, showcasing its relevance and excellence in the field.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science and Application / Information Technology or a related field (Ph.D. / NET / SET preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of teaching experience at the undergraduate level in computer applications, with prior leadership experience in higher education highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in computer applications education, excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, ability to motivate students and faculty, and proficiency in relevant computer applications and educational technologies.
