Senior Fund Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement fund raising strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Create compelling proposals to attract new investors
  • Nurture a network of industry contacts and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Presentation of regular reports to senior management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in fund management, financial institutions, or real estate development
  • Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
  • Proven track record of successful fund raising in the real estate sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in financial analysis and modeling
  • Ambitious and outgoing personality, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
