About the Role

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the point of contact for learners, addressing inquiries, guiding them through the program journey, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Work closely with internal teams (course designers, tech support, instructors, course SPOCs) to manage program timelines, ensure the alignment of deliverables, and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Evaluate that all learning communications adhere to quality standards and branding guidelines set by the process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
  • Adaptability to Business Needs: Ability to respond to tickets, chats, and out-calling as per the business requirements.
